CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR NACHOS
Recipe by MARIA KOEHN @StapletonSausage These will impress a crowd on GAME DAY or MOVIE NIGHT. The trick is to make sure you layer each chip with a bite full of flavour bursts. No one wants a naked chip 😒 Fresh Ingredients: - 1 Pkg CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR @stapletonsausage - Large Tortilla Chips - Cheddar Cheese 🧀 - Diced Avocado 🥑 - Diced Tomatoes 🍅 - Chopped Onion - Chives - Refried Beans - Pickled Jalapeños - Sour Cream - Salsa 💃 1. Thaw sausages overnight in the fridge and remove meat from casing before cooking. Fry sausage and onions in pan with 1tbsp oil until cooked. Add the can of refried beans to the frying pan with 1/3 cup of water to help blend with cooked sausage. 2. Preheat oven to 425F 3. Take a large baking sheet, cover with foil and lay out tortilla chips. Top each chip with some of the sausage and bean mix. After top your first layer of chips with cheese and jalapeños. REPEAT 🙌🏻 creating your second layer! 4. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted. 5. Top NACHOS with your prepped fresh ingredients and serve with Sour Cream and Salsa on the side 🥰 ENJOY💗 |
