We care about our family and customers who have food sensitivities or allergies which is why we list every ingredient used in our recipes so you can avoid dairy, sugar or spices that may not be part of your diet. All of our sausages are made in our family owned GLUTEN FREE production facility.
When you purchase our sausages you help us provide jobs to ten employees, and support the BUY BC economy by sourcing quality ingredients from local BC farmers. We also give back through volunteering and donations to NIGHTSHIFT STREET MINISTRIES and are a TASTE OF HEAVEN food truck partner helping to "Feed Hungry Hearts".

Our sausages are gluten free, low in sodium and fat (lean cuts of meat only from local meat sources).
